A. what? what question? The "Philippines"? Or the "komustuka"? Or are you just trying to make a survey of your own on how many Filipinos here will read your posted question? BTW, it's not "komustuka", it's "kamusta ka" rather. That means "how are you".

How can philippines become a better country?
Q. I visit the Philippines often, about 3 times a year. My wife is a philipina. My question is what's wrong with the philippines?? Great people, beautiful country, plenty of beaches, freindly and hard working people, etc. But still, the country is a mess. I'm sure everyone is going to blame it on the corrupt politicians. But that's taking the easy way out. I think the corrupt politicians are a product of the people themselves. I think one big problem in Manila is the situation with the squaters. They've totally messed up the city. Not just short term either. No one wants to invest in Manila, because it's future doesn't look very bright. It's a messy city which looks like will get only messier. Please no hate answers. I want to get some… [cont.]

A. The Philippines acquired a huge national debt because of the Marcos regime borrowing from the world bank and the funneling of the monies to personal accounts. During the early 1980's the Philippines was widely viewed as a potential economic world player. Then when Marcos fell and all the misappropriation of funds was realized, the Philippines economy crumbled. Every Philippine president since then has been faced with the daunting task of paying off the debt acquired by Marcos without the benefit of that debt being originally invested in the economy. In 2000, foreign debt interest payments alone account for 20% of the Philippines national budget. Paying down debt, as an individual or a nation, requires either an increase of income (revenue [cont.]

A. The problem is simple. The rain is dropping to the wrong places, yes when it rain it pours in Metro Manila but the problem is that the rain which should be pouring or dropping to the Angat River and not to the streets of Metro Manila. Angat River is where most of the water is coming from to the faucet of Metro Manila residents. Angat River is now dry and reaching its critical level, the less water this river become the lesser water is coming from it and therefore no water is coming from the faucet of Metro Manila residents. that is quite true, the Philippines is hit often times by typhoons because the Philippines is the door to Southeast Asia and therefore before the typhoon hit Vietnam or Hongkong or China, it must first hit the… [cont.]

A. Nationals from other countries who are traveling to the Philippines for business and tourism purposes are allowed to enter the Philippines without visas for a stay not exceeding twenty-one (21) days, provided they hold valid tickets for their return journey to port of origin or next port of destination and their passports valid for a period of at least six (6) months beyond the contemplated period of stay. However, Immigration Officers at ports of entry may exercise their discretion to admit holders of passports valid for at least sixty (60) days beyond the intended period of stay. You can rent an apartment if you will pay for it.. but you can't rent one by just using your passport..

A. All Phillipine adoptions must go through ICAB - This is a link to their FAQ While the information is geared toward non-relative adoptions, they do mention in a few places that relative adoptions will be treated slightly differently. Spend some time at the site and use their contact information to contact someone there who can help you. You're also going to have to check with US Immigration about bringing your cousin to the US as the adopted child of permanent residents. I looked into it very quickly for you and the easiest summary of the rules that I can find is here:

A. You can find the map in Department of Tourism- Philippines website. that's the address of the map. the maps there are not that detailed but i guess it's rather detailed for your trip Tip: Avail for RORO ships (Roll on- Roll off) they're much cheaper. Happy tripping!
